I must highly recommend Steve at The Computer Doctor. The hard drive in my 8 yo HP computer started the deadly clicking and no longer booted up. Steve's advice on which solid state drive I should use to replace the faulty disc drive saved me needless expense and delay. This old machine is now faster than it ever was.
Huge shout out to Steve for saving my butt and getting out of a pickle! My laptop was damaged during my travels here on a work trip and I was seriously stressed and had no clue to go but had some recommendations to go here. Steve’s craftsmanship and expertise completely saved the day. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly takes pride in his work. The repair was done quickly, the price was the best and the quality of his work speaks for itself. If you want someone who truly knows what they’re doing and treats your device with care, Steve is your guy. I highly, highly recommend this place.
Steve did a very thorough job of investigating the issue with my laptop and in a timely manner. Unfortunately it was beyond repair so he did not charge me for the diagnostic work that he did. I will definitely keep him in mind if I need his services again. I highly recommend him.
Steve was extremely knowledgeable, responsive and helpful with diagnosing our computer issues. After upgrading it he clearly explained everything to us and was available by phone and walked us through a couple of set up issues on our end. I would highly recommend Steve.
Walking into a new (to me) business is always a source of apprehension. In a day when time is money and it seems that customer service has become "customer no service" it was refreshing to be greeted by the smiling face of the business owner Steve Silva . His patience with me, and his professionalism made for what I can only say, is a rare occurrence and it made for an extremely pleasant experience. He was fair and his desire to help far out weighed any inclination to sell his service or products. I highly recommend The Computer Doctor.
