Rich was quick to get back to me and diagnosed the problem in short order. He advised me that my dishwasher, although a bit old was still very good and worth keeping instead of getting a new one. Once the new part I needed came in he came soon after and fixed the problem without incident. He was very reasonably priced and very easy to work with.

Rich was very personable and professional! He was on time and very affordable, best value in the area by far! Our dryer was working in less than 30 minutes! He scheduled us between 1-3 and was here at 12:08 and had my dryer working before 1pm. He was extremely knowledgeable and I would highly recommend his services to anyone!
