Western Appliance Repair

I am new to Western Appliance and was pleased with the service received -- from getting on schedule to having the technician come look at our new dryer. April was so helpful in getting me an a appointment and our technician, Rob, was very professional and knowledgeable of our equipment. As it turned out the dryer vent was clogged and it wasn't the equipment as previously thought. There fees seemed reasonable. I would definitely recommend Western Appliance Repair.

The two Technicians called ahead and asked if they could come a little earlier than scheduled appointment since they were running ahead of schedule which I appreciated. When they got here the were very professional, introduced themselves and got to work on repairing our washing machine. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it and their price was very reasonable. I will defintily be using them again and will recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Our repair guy Rob was very personable, knowledgeable and thorough. He checked everything and found we only needed a small part rather than an entire unit, thereby saving us money. We highly recommend him!
