Murf has fixed both my Bosch dishwasher and my Bosch oven. He is honest, hardworking and of reasonable price! He is also quite an enjoyable human!! He was respectful of our house and Great to our dogs!!๐ I would absolutely recommend him!
Our 1 year old Maytag washer took a shit last night, 1-25-25. I called Murf this morning based on the reviews that I read, and I left a message. I didn't expect to get a call back for at least a few days. (Typical service call) To my surprise, The Murf Himself called me within 30 minutes, and we set up a plan. He came to our house on a SUNDAY after Church, to diagnose the machine. Long story short, I'm going after Maytag for building a pile of shit unit. Murf was honest, and genuinely kind. I would, and will recommend Him to anyone in need of appliance repair. Honesty, and knowledge are rare traits these days. Murf is a good and honest... Murf's appliance repair is awesome. They were prompt and punctual. Their prices are extremely fair. They went above and beyond the service. I highly recommend them if you need any of your appliances repaired. If I need future repairs I will definitely call on them again.

I recommend reaching out to someone else if possible. Very friendly guy, but didn't fix our refrigerator in the end. We paid over $300 to get our refrigerator "fixed" (freezer was working but the refrigerator itself was hovering around the high 50s). He came and said we had to replace the damper after looking at it and had to order the part. Two days later he comes back and replaced it and then the refrigerator never cooled down (same tempature issue), so he came back the next day to see what was wrong and this time he decided to look in the freezer (he didn't look the first time and admitted that he overlooked it) and saw it was iced over an... He came and said we had to replace the damper after looking at it and had to order the part. Two days later he comes back and replaced it and then the refrigerator never cooled down (same tempature issue), so he came back the next day to see what was wrong and this time he decided to look in the freezer (he didn't look the first time and admitted that he overlooked it) and saw it was iced over and that it would be a different part that would be another $300. He recommended we defrost the whole refrigerator or to just replace the fridge. He then justified replacing the first part because it would have failed eventually (it was likely working just fine prior to this since replacing it did nothing). I have small kids so living out of coolers for a week was less than ideal, and at the end of it all we still didn't have a working fridge. Not a great experience and we didn't get a satisfying outcome despite spending money to basically get advice on what to do.
