My experience with Telco electronics has been excellent! After Samsung care determined that I would need a technician to look at my washing machine, Telco contacted me quickly. They were able to make an appointment for me within less than a week and the technician arrived with the part needed. David was courteous and kind coming into my home. He answered all my questions for me. Thank you David! Thank you for getting my washing machine up and going again so I can take care of my family.

I want to express my experience with Telco Electronics was beyond my expectations, since I have never heard of them. They were referred to me by Samsung. My television repair was covered by Samsung warranty.at no cost. From the first phone call to schedule an appointment to the very end of the repair, both Craig and David, your technicians, treated my visit with their utmost professionalism and knowledge, along with their kindness, and answers to my questions I had. I had a Samsung TV that needed servicing for a horizontal line across the tv screen. The repair team from Telco, Craig and David were extremely professional, they were helpful in explaining what happened with the Television and even helped me remount my television when the repair was completed. I am very satisfied with my service and would recommend them for any service in the future. 5 stars!

Craig was absolutely amazing. Put in a ticket through Samsung last week because my S90D power fuse blew and killed my TV. They scheduled me with Craig and his co-worker, they then called earlier today a couple hours before my appointment saying that the coworker got into an accident but instead of cancelling, Craig was still willing to come out alone and they just asked me if I could help lift the TV down because of its size. Craig knew exactly what to do with the issue and was able to open up the TV and replace the whole power board within 10 minutes. He was super fast, super friendly, and very professional/experienced.
