Hunter from Clean Earth was absolutely wonderful! He arrived timely and completed the task quickly and made the time to answer all my questions (and I had a lot as a first time septic tank owner!). He made sure I understood the options available for improvementsand how to care for my system. Clean Earth was quick to schedule, and were able to accommodate my needs, and pricing was better than expected! Will definitely be calling them for my next service need!

Customer Review for Arron Timely? Yes! Customer service? Absolutely! Arron was both polite and courteous from the moment he arrived. He quickly laid out the game plan and got started right away. I mentioned a previous service call I wasn’t too happy with because the technician hadn’t made much effort to clean out the tank/system. Arron was upfront and explained that our cap size was quite small, which could make the job difficult. I asked if we could try removing it together, and after a bit of teamwork and some leverage, we discovered it wasn’t as large as we thought. Once removed, Arron was able to do a much more thorough job, and he worked diligently to get everything done properly. Before finishing, he had us do a test flush to make sure the system was fully operational. He also explained the importance of maintaining good bacteria in the tank and offered helpful recommendations — clearly the kind of insight that comes from real experience. Arron deserves a raise. He’s an exemplary employee — professional, personable, and proactive. You could use three more just like him! Excellent customer service and an all-around good guy.
