I will always come here for phone repairs. I went here a few years ago when I needed help with either my phone or laptop - can't remember - but I remember leaving super impressed that they were able to fix a pretty obscure problem in a timely manner. I dropped my phone in a river a week ago and after walking to the closest shop to me out of convenience and getting a sketchy response - I went back to the tried and true. My screen was replaced on my Galaxy s20 FE in half an hour and saved me a full day of trying to retrieve my data from a phone I thought would be junk. I came in to fix my iPhone 14 screen which it was cracked. I saw other good reviews so I knew I had to check it out myself. The young man attended me with respect and was attentive. The store was clean and neat and it saw the guitar which they let people play to pass time. The young man told me that my phone battery health was really low. He explained to me that it was important to have a good battery health. To put it simply he made sure my phone was in top notch shape and explained everything to me to let me know why I should replace my batter. Finally he offered me a discount if I wanted to get my battery replaced and my screen replaced. As well as a free screen protector for my phone. For my personal experience it was well and sophisticated and the detail to attention was great.
