Kyles Mobile Mechanics

I contacted Kyle's Mobile mechanics today because I needed a new battery installed in my car. After a bad experience with AAA, I was searching for a mobile mechanic and was referred to Kyles Mobile Mechanics by another business. Within a few hours, i had a new battery installed. Kyle was extremely professional, informative, personable, and honest. I will definitely contact him in the future for other services and recommend him.

When I first contacted Kyle I thought it would be an easy experience trying a mobile mechanic but unfortunately that didn’t work, he came to do the diagnostic and told me it would be 140 if I didn’t get any work done but I ended getting the work for my radiator done and he waived it to 60 dollars. So we made an appointment after the part came in for Friday at 11am I texted him at 11:30 and didn’t get a response until at least 2 stating “I thought I texted you” I guess he had an issue with his car and couldn’t come. He said he would come Saturday at 2-3 but never did. This issue lasted up until Sunday till about 5pm when he finally came after all his excuses. He said it would take two hours for the radiator to be replaced then proceeded to try and charge me 322 dollars because be spent 2.5 hours fixing it I then negotiated due to the fact it really took 3 days but clearly he only let me pay less because he was upset. Then next day I go to use the car and it barley moved an inch. At this point I’m confused because it should’ve just been the radiator. Come to find out Kyle did not tighten the transmission cooler hose to the radiator and all of my transmission fluid leaked out. I had to get someone else to tighten it and add more fluid for such a cheap price. Kyle is unreliable and not worth 140 an hour . even after I contacted him again to tell him yet another problem he disregarded what I had to say and told me it had nothing to do with the radiator. Please don’t waste your time and money and this guy.
