Aerus - Vacuum Sales and Repairs

My vacuum cleaner has great suction - so great that it sucked up its own cord and stripped it to bare wires. Took it to Aerus in the Pavilion Shops, since they advertised they repaired vacs other than the brand they sell. They took the vac and called in a couple days with the estimate. The estimate was reasonable - especially easy to understand since they explained what went into the repair. A couple days after that it was ready to pick up but wasn’t released till it was turned on and the cord retracted in my presence. Wow! What a great local business - totally recommend them!

N0 flashy or pushy sales person! Just plain good folks that are knowledgeable, reliable, cost competitive. Excellent customer service. I brought my 30 year old Electrolux vacuum for a new cord and updates to the roller brushes, filters and hoses. They knew exactly what was needed. Despite its age they never pushed a new vacuum sales pitch. And they assured me they could update mine. They had all parts on hand and had the vacuum ready in two days. Cleaned and looking brand new! A full detailed work order estimate was provided before any work was initiated. A complete description of work completed, costs, and warranty info provided at pick up. Everyone there is helpful, friendly, and grateful. Please support this little shop!! We need their service here and good folks like them in Williamsburg! I like knowing this is one less service I have to consider having to go to Richmond or Newport News for.
