Just wow! From the purchase to the install and the follow-up afterward to ensure I was satisfied with everything - I am never returning to a big box store. What a great experience purchasing a new TV from Walt's this past week! As older seniors my son did the groundwork for us and recommended Bear at Walt's and the model he knew we would like. I was able to do everything over the phone. Tv was delivered by two conscientious young men... Joe and Joey who did a meticulous job and made sure we felt comfortable with our new LG tv. They answered all of our questions and you could tell they take great pride in their work! I recommend dealing with this fantastic team from Walt's!
I had a great experience with Walt's and OnTrac shipping. Great price, 100% accurate description, items came quickly. I ordered two large speaker towers and they were shipped from AZ to VA in 5 days. OnTrac even offered to help carry them in the house. Will do business again!
What an amazing place… ❤️🔥 I found the best price for a FRAME Samsung TV on a Google search. I had to come in person— I didn’t think that it was legit because the price was so good! Thomas helped me on the phone and had my TV ready for me… Him and his team made sure it was in working order and got me lined up to pick up a bezel at their warehouse same day! Really friendly staff, great prices, really fun-open showroom… Check out the theater before you leave! I gotta finish this review. That’s how we got that. Did you both spin 10 out of 10 would recommend!
