Great experience with a new install to replace a ‘97 system! Nate and Keith were pro installers. They tested everything they could to ensure they had done great work. Another thanks to Matthew, my technician that helped me understand the state of the current system and options to avoid a mid-summer failure that worked for our family. Great team across the board at Rescue One Air!
So grateful I was able to schedule a tune up for my AC so quickly. I loved that when I called to schedule it was a real person on the other line. Prices were very fair and reasonable. The technician who came to my home, Wayne, was not only knowledgable but he was kind and friendly and walked me through everything at the end of the inspection and showed me comparison pictures as well. I truly appreciate that service came before sales.
We have lived in Arizona for 3 1/2 years. My wife and I bought a casita in July of 2022 that had not been updated. The American Standard Air Conditioner/Furnace was 28 years old so we were referred to C&W Air who had a very good reputation. Unfortunately, the owner of C&W Air decided to retire soon after our new American Standard unit was installed. The retirement letter stated that C&W Air had searched out a very highly rated company called Rescue One Air and that they would be our new contact. Rescue Air had good reviews so we decided to use their services. We are happy to report they have done our 6 month checkups on time and do a very thorough job of maintaining our unit under a 5 year service contract that we purchased. The technicians have been very professional and polite. Fast forward about 3 years. My son decided to buy a property in Scottsdale which is 50 years old and needed updating. After receiving several replacement bids, Rescue One Air was the winner. Offering great pricing on a Carrier Heat Pump Unit. The installing technicians were very knowledgeable and the install went very smoothly even with the non standard wiring colors used 50 years ago. In conclusion, we have recently spoken to Alex who is the service manager at Rescue One Air about other programs they offer. We look forwarded to using their other services in the future.
Thank you for sending Wayne Keith to maintenance my new HVAC system from Rescue Air One. Last summer I got this new system from Rescue Air One and it's been amazingly cool all summer. Wayne was such a down to earth young man. He was very helpful and even moved my granddaughter's swing set because the bad storm tore thru my back yard. I appreciate the hard work and kindness from Wayne. Last week the other young man also worked the inside terminal only because of the storm but he was great as well. Thank you Rescue Air One for your maintenance guys. They are such a blessing.
My 2 AC’s decided to go out at the same time and due to age and cost of repairs I decided to replace them both. I got 4 quotes, but decided to go with Rescue Air one based on multiple factors. A+ rating with BBB, 5 star rating, interest free payment for 5 years and the professional and transparency I received from Randy Callan the sales representative who explained everything and went over all my options and provided me a detailed quote. After the approval of their quote they scheduled me for the next day installation with two crews and they showed up right on time and with all the equipments at hand. Nate their leader (very knowledgeable and professional) with the rest of the team Jason, Keith and Julio who were all very helpful, professional and hardworking ( they worked 10 hours nonstop without taking any breaks) to ensure we get our AC up and running. I can’t say enough about their service and dedication to their job to provide a quality product , which was evident. I highly recommend the Rescue Air one for all your air conditioning needs. Great job team and thank you for all your hard work.
