I called to have my laptop repaired and even though I ended up not needing to take it in (laptop magically fixed itself) Mr. Walton was very pleasant on the phone and assured me he could take a look, at no diagnostic fee. He also said he does Ferris student discounts which was comforting to hear. If I ever do need laptop repairs I will go to Mr. Walton. He seems to have fair prices and was very pleasant over the phone, and is located close to FSU campus.
I brought my computer to him & got it back fixed within 3 days. The best service, great communication, and it’s a job well done!! He doesn’t charge you if the job doesn’t get done, which is great and he gave me a great college student discount. He communicated everything he was doing and even taught me more on top of it. I 100% recommend and if I need anything fixed I’d go back!
Very happy to have my laptop up and running after less then 3 hours from the time I had taken it to Mark Walton to try and repair it. I was certain I was going to need to buy a new one, but my husband suggested I have someone take a look at it. Glad I did! Not only was my computer up and running as it should be, but Mark also moved some of my files onto an external hard drive for me just incase it happens again.
Mark repaired my laptop quickly and is very knowledgeable. He didn't gouge me either and his fee was very reasonable. He is amiable and pleasant to work with. He has a passion for serving others and providing outstanding customer service. He has many years experience in technologies working for Ferris State University. He also sells refurbished computers. If you want your computer expertly repaired at a fair price take it to Mark. You'll enjoy doing business with him!
