Called them when my furnace stopped working on a freezing day. Mark from the service team quickly diagnosed and fixed the overheating issue on my 17-year-old furnace. He even cleaned the flame sensor proactively, even though it was in a tight spot. I really appreciated that he wasn’t pushy with sales and focused on getting the job done right. Professional, honest, and reliable — highly recommend!
