All-Flo has unclogged our kitchen sink drain line a few times over the years. Always grateful for their quick and affordable service. I needed a basement clog investigated and they had a tech in the area and could swing by. Justin texted a heads up he was on his way, was thorough in his work and explanation of what was going on. We talked through the fix options and costs associated, he was honest and transparent with pricing and options to complete the work. He had all the equipment needed on his truck and got us upgraded and fixed in less than 3 hours on the same day. He was kind, knowledgeable and clean/tidy which was very much appreciated. I received an emailed invoiced that matched our discussion and the office team was ready for payment when I called.
