I had a great experience with Precision Garage Door Service of Central Michigan. They were prompt to answer my call initially and provide repair service. Zeke orovided many options, including a minimal repair to completely replacing all the hardware and door. Since my Garage Door was 35 years old, I ultimately decided to replace my door. I was kept informed and they arrived during the scheduled time. Al and Caleb did a great job replacing the garage door!

Great experience with a garage door repair. The technician Zeke was very friendly and knowledgeable, he called when he was on his way and arrived even earlier than the original window I was given. He did a comprehensive inspection of the door and showed me in detail the condition of each item. I appreciated how he explained what was critical and what could probably wait, and he wasn’t pushy at all as I decided what to have done. He was very thorough but worked quickly, and had my garage door up and running smooth in less than an hour. Absolute five star service!

Very happy with Precision Garage Door. Called them Friday 1/23/26 due to a pulley going bad. They were able to schedule me for the next day. Caleb arrived on time, inspected the door, tracks, cables and tension springs. Within a short time he was able to provide me with 4 different options based on the inspection. Caleb went right to work on changing the old tension spring/cable system with a torsion spring. I was unable to be home until the repair was completed but received a phone call from Caleb stating he had finished. Upon arriving home, I was very happy with the job that was done. Caleb was very knowledgeable, respectful and helpful young man. I would highly recommend this company for all your garage door needs.
