Furnace stopped working very early on a Saturday morning so we called Walley’s Heating & Air to check it out. In a short time a kind technitician came over and looked the furnace over and diagnosed the issues, ordered the parts, and even returned after his very long day of work, to provide us with a few electric heaters to keep is all warm durring this chilly winter until the parts become available in a couple of days and the furnace gets repaired. This company is amazing and they go above and beyond to make a tough situation so much more comfortable. Thank you Walley’s!

As a mechanical engineer, I recently had to replace the majority of the gas piping in my home due to improper sizing and poor prior installation. I obtained bids from five contractors for comparison. About a week ago, last Saturday, my 27-year-old furnace suddenly failed when the inducer motor malfunctioned—at a time when the outside temperature was 3°F.
