On 2/25/2026 Brenden and Mike from Joyce Cooling and Heating arrived to install our new furnace and thermostat. Right from the start Brenden and his apprentice were professional, polite and friendly. Brenden introduced us all, a great handshake and immediately I was impressed. They spread a tarp on the floor, made sure their boots were free of snow and ice, and went to work. Brenden clearly explained in terms I could understand what was going to take place ans answered any questions we had along the way. During the installs completion phase, excess water Pressure blew a hose in a bathroom faucet. Brenden immediately reacted to find the problem, replace the hose and assist in the cleanup. He advised us that the expansion tank may be full and suggested replacing. NOTE: IN NO WAY DID BRENDEN AND MIKE DO ANYTHING TO CAUSE THIS and we assured them they were not responsible. The tank was replaced following day and the plumber agreed that it was coincidental that the issue occurred during the installation. It was a pleasure having Brenden and Mike in our home doing this work and we would highly recommend them. Regards Jim Henderson

The team did a tremendous job diagnosing every one of the multiple issues with my heating system that needed replacement. The new Rinnai system is amazing, quiet and running beautifully! From the knowledge of issues the old system had, like 1/2” pipe that should’ve been 3/4”, to the intake pipe needing replacement, to adding a CO/fire monitor directly above the system. The team were respectful, easy to converse with, answered all my questions, and handled the work beautifully! I had an understanding of the work, the system, etc. because of their extensive knowledge and full understanding of the customer. I would highly recommend the Joyce install team to anyone!
