I sent in my robot and got it back in an efficient amount of time! I am happy to have my little guy back home with me. Customer service was especially helpful, I accidently deleted my quote they sent through email and they sent it out again for me quickly after I reached out

Very satisfied with this repair company. I have an Ecovacs Deebot N8 Pro+ that was having an issue with the main brush motor. I sent it to ifixrobot in NH (I'm in IL), and I was plesantly surprised with the experience start to finish. First to know, follow directions by the company. I followed them exactly, and they responded exactly as laid out. The timeline was exact, albeit a bit long, but if you read the directions it is all spelled out accurately. The work was immaculately well done. The machine runs perfectly. I will be using this company again, and I highly recommend them. Communication is top-notch-- I received both texts and emails for each step. Nice to know there is a repair company out there that still does work like this. A+
