Dropped quickly into NE Brassworks to ask some questions/concerns about my trombone slide. All the technicians I met, Ian and Girellis, were quick to answer any questions I had. They did swift and excellent work on my slide and even did more wonderful things to my horn that I wasn't going to bother them with. With it being a busy time for NE Brassworks they took time out of their repair schedule to help my horn out. I left the shop, the same day, with my horn in hand extremely happy! I found my new horn doctors! Thank you! 12/31/25 UPDATE: Minor slide dent. Brought it in today and walked out in minutes with my horn. Can't recommend these guys enough!

They did a phenomenal job repairing my Shires trombone (it feels better than when I got it 10 years ago!) and expediting the repair as I had a slew of Christmas gigs coming up. I've been to several repair shops in New England and Chicago that are famous and this one holds up to them with much better pricing. They have my business with my brass instruments going forward, and it's so convenient that they are in Nashua. thanks to Cheryl, Jim, and the team for the quick and excellent service!
