Veteran Garage Door Repair

I used Veteran Garage Door Repair today. This is a fantastic company. I had a problem with my garage door last night and a friend recommended them. This morning I left a message on their website and had a callback with minutes. A technician arrived less than an hour later to give me an estimate. Only 45 minutes later my springs were replaced and my door was operational again! Chase was the technician. He was extremely nice, quiet, and GOT THE JOB DONE!!!! Trust me, I’m hard to impress;)

I found them through Google Search and sent a message; they responded within literally one minute. Not only were they fast to reply, but they also managed to get me a same-day appointment on a Saturday afternoon. A huge shoutout to the technician, Brandon. He was incredibly high-quality, professional, and helped me understand exactly what was needed. He replaced my 6ft garage door spring system (2 springs). The total came to $392, and honestly, I didn't mind the price at all. In fact, because of their lightning-fast response and Saturday availability, I had mentally decided to give them the job before I even knew the cost. I am happy to pay a fair rate like this because it ensures the company makes enough profit to maintain this level of service and hire top-tier technicians like Brandon. Highly recommended!

Great experience with this company. My technician Zachary was awesome ,very professional and knew the issue right away. Our garage door opener was damaged by a water leak from upstairs, and when I tried to lift the door manually, it came off track. Zachary fixed everything in about an hour, way faster than I expected, and the price was very reasonable. No pressure, no upselling ,just honest, helpful service. The whole process felt very comfortable. This is what a top company should be like. Definitely recommend!
