This place is an absolute scam. I was quoted $149 to have a tech come out and tell me how much to fix my washer from leaking. He arrives and disassembles the washer, states he can’t find the source of the leak and quotes me $600 to replace the drain pump. I then ask if it’s possible the cap was just loose, to which he says yes and that was probably the issue. Then he tells me it’s $230 instead of $149 for the “labor” of him disassembling the washer. Reluctantly I pay it bc I just want him out of my house and lo and behold, he leaves and I run the washing machine and again my house is flooded. I call back and they can’t send a diff tech out for another week. Avoid this place at all costs

Told the company the error code my dryer was giving me. Guy showed up with no parts. Then charged me 160$ to tell me the exact error code I asked to be fixed. Seems like a good investment to pay to be told the same thing I told them

My experience was so awesome! Victor was polite, professional, knew what he was doing. So far our refrigerator/ice maker is cooperating. It’s working great!
