The guy was nice but I don’t think my vacuum was even looked at. I dropped it off, waited a few days, heard nothing so I called and was told the motor was shot. I picked it up and paid the $15 charge. He said nothing can be done about it. I didn’t feel like throwing out a $400 vacuum I bought only two years ago so I did some research and cleaned a few areas and it worked. All I needed was a toothpick to get out some gunk on a spot where the hose connects to the machine. I think this would be the first thing the repair guy should’ve done. I won’t be going back there.
