Amazing company!! I had a disaster a few days before Thanksgiving leaving me with a broken oven door. I called several companies. Jerry’s was the only company who could get the replacement door before Thanksgiving And they were the most reasonably priced on top of it! Another local company wanted to charge me $200 just for them to drive across town and walk in the door. Jerry’s rate was very reasonable and the scheduler even worked with me to coordinate the timing of the repair with when the new door arrived and still giving me enough time to bake for thanksgiving. The door and installer arrived right on schedule the day before Thanksgiving. The installer even went out of his way coming back a second time that night when he ran into an unexpected issue with our oven affecting the install of the new door. This second trip was on his own time just because he wanted the job done correctly!! This was my first time using Jerry’s and I will be taking all of my business to them in the future!

We can't say enough good things about Jerry's. The hubby & I had the best appliance purchase experience ever here!! Timmy & Lynn are very friendly, knowledgeable, professional & kind. We purchased a new refrigerator & stove here. I wanted a over the range microwave to match our stove. There was not one in store but Lynn went above & beyond to search & find us exactly what we were looking for at a reasonable price as well. The delivery of the appliances was also a great experience. Timmy came in & got the job done & took away our old ones we didn't have to worry about a thing!! If you're looking around for new appliances at an extremely reasonable cost this is HANDS DOWN your go to shop.

Super happy with my experience with Jerry's Appliance. For years, I've heard nothing but great things about this family business, and recently I had the opportunity to give them my business. My washing machine started acting up, so I called for a repair. Within the same day, I was serviced, and told it was unfortunately non-repairable due to a corroded metal drum. The repair man put me in contact with the office, who immediately went over my purchase options with me and found me a great washer. I was credited back money from the repair towards my purchase, and within the week, had my brand new washer delivered and installed, with my old one taken away. Super happy with the service, and will rely on Jerry's for my future appliance needs!
