Disappointed. One hundred and forty dollars later with not so much as an itemized detail on paper of what was fixed, just a phone call saying cleaning and new foot pedal ( they always say that) with a piece of register tape. Machine is still not working. They continue to disappoint. YouTube might be a safer bet.
Gary and his wife jing were both very friendly and knowledgeable. I brought my shark vacuum in for repair and while I was there, i inquired about the vacuums he sells. he took the time to tell me about them. He never once tried to sell me anything but I can say my next vacuum will come from them. I like that his vacuums can be easily repaired and come with a 10yr warranty vs what this shark from home depot comes with and the price is right there with what I paid for this shark. But for the service I did have done he did an awesome job and even cleaned the vacuum for me and it cost me less than I was expecting. so that was great. I have 2 dogs and 4 young kids so not having a vacuum is a problem for me but Gary had me up running in no time. thank you Gary and jing for the excellent service..
My daughter wanted a sewing machine. There was just garbage online so we came here and purchased a used one. My daughter is very happy with it. They even gave her a lesson on how to use it. Great service.

Great selection of quality vacuum cleaners across the price spectrum with several select manufacturers. Opportunity to "test drive" any in which we are interested on various carpets and flooring samples. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly sales service from Jing, the owner, who was more intent on finding a good match for our needs and stated price range than on upselling us or in just having us make a quick decision. Then spent extra time explaining the features and proper way to use and maintain it after we made the purchase. Best appliance buyer experience in many years. If you need a new vacuum cleaner, do yourself a favor and take a ride to Wakefield.
