Good service. They give you a time window when they will be there. They message you when they are on the way and send a picture of the technician. The technician was polite and did a good job of checking both my HVAC units. One needed a part replaced and he had the part on the truck and the replacement was very quick. Highly recommend.
Jason was very nice! He explained everything that he recommended. We have been with US Air now for 3 years now and have been very happy with customer service. Keep up the good work!
Alex was very knowledgeable about the replacement of a new compressor and had it installed within 3 hours. The price was miles better than 3 other local companies' quotes I received.
