US Air Heating and Cooling

I was impressed to have a technician come to my home the same day I called for service. He quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the part required to fix the problem. He provided a written estimate and scheduled an appointment to complete the repair. He arrived right on schedule with the part and completed the repair. He stayed to confirm that our home was heating up again and gave us more information. We were impressed with his knowledge, skill and courtesy.

Alex was very knowledgeable about the replacement of a new compressor and had it installed within 3 hours. The price was miles better than 3 other local companies' quotes I received. Overall, I'm very happy with the service, and I will definitely call them first if I have any more trouble (hopefully not...).Thanks to Alex, and the US Air Team.

Good service. They give you a time window when they will be there. They message you when they are on the way and send a picture of the technician. The technician was polite and did a good job of checking both my HVAC units. One needed a part replaced and he had the part on the truck and the replacement was very quick. Highly recommend.
