I called Andrews Heating and Air and they were able to come out the next morning to look at my heat pump. Travis was my technician and I couldn’t have asked for a nicer guy. He spent time asking questions and listening to me before he started working on my unit. He was very professional and knowledgeable in diagnosing my issue I was having with the heat pump. Even though my unit is 18 years old not once did he try to convince me that I needed a new unit. He fixed the problem and tested the unit several times before being satisfied that it was fixed. Travis got my unit up and running and explained everything he did in terms I could understand. One of my breakers for the unit was tripping when my emergency heat strips came on. My heat has been working fine since yesterday morning and I am extremely happy (and warm!!!!). I will definitely be using Travis and Andrews Heating and air in the future and I recommend them 1000%. I want to get a new gas pack eventually in this old house and Andrews HVAC is the company that will be installing it when the time comes. The price for their service call was much lower than other companies that I know of in the area. Andrews is just an all around great company and I recommend calling them 100% for your heating and cooling needs.

Their quote was very competitive and I accepted and scheduled a time to perform the work. Technicians showed up promptly at the scheduled time. They were very professional and performed the work in the time frame I was given. They answered all my questions. The work area was cleaned up and left spotless!
