Panther Heating and Cooling

I needed a new unit and the promotion they had going on in December to receive $100 off for every year old your was, was too good to pass up. To make things even better, my unit ended up being the oldest one during the promotion and I received it for free! On top of the great deal their service was excellent. The team did a very professional installation and took the time to explain everything to me that they would be doing and then show me how to use my new thermostat. They were also very courteous and cleaned up everything prior to leaving. They are now my HVAC company of choice and I highly recommend them!

My heat went out in December and the first few contractors I called all quoted 15 business days for repair due to manufacturing back order on the part I needed which meant I was not going to have heat for Christmas. I called Panther to see if they could complete the repair any quicker as an authorized dealer. Service tech Ben K. came out to take a look and he went above and beyond to assist me. At first he quoted same 15 business day timeline but he understood my urgency and although I didn’t know it, he continued to work on it behind the scenes. He then gave me the wonderful update that they had found a quicker route to obtain the part and that I could have heat within 3 business days. Ben K. and Panther Heating and Cooling saved Christmas for my family. Everything went smoothly and as promised when Ben came back out to install the new part. I signed up for recurring maintenance through Panther’s member program to help me keep my unit operating like it’s supposed to but next time I need a repair service or quote for a new unit I hope they send Ben K so I can thank him again for his help.
