Very professional service. They took a look at the port on my phone. It had a small piece of plastic inside. They removed it and did not charge me. I had them put on a new screen protector as their price was reasonable. Very happy with my service.
I had a problem with my iPhone that I could not solve on my own. The service person at uBreakiFix knew exactly what was needed. He got the work done within hours so that I had my phone ready to use and working the same day. I’ve been to this store several times and I’ve always been pleased with their advice and service
I recently visited uBreakiFix after having some charging issues with my phone. The guys at the front counter were extremely friendly, and they fixed my phone in less than 5 minutes despite being very busy. Great prices and even better service, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with phone issues, and I will definitely return in the future!
Second visit. Brought in a 5 year old HP that had fallen off a table and would not start. The intake associate was great , explained what the diagnostic fee covered and what would be done to diagnose the issue . Wish I remembered the young man’s name. He was very personable and knowledgable . He explained it could be a week to get the device back. Within TWO days I was called and told it was an easy issue to take care of( loose battery or something) and it was working and ready for me to pick up. I would definitely come back to this store.
First time using their service and they did outstanding. I brought my PS5 in to get it cleaned and estimated time was like a day. I got it clean less than a few hours. The staff was friendly and honestly I enjoyed the vibes. 11/10 would recommend.
