I was prepared to hear Mike say "I'm sorry Bill, but your friend didn't make it." I was so certain about it that I consulted Consumer Reports and found a laptop to replace the one I was sure I'd soon bury. Then I went to Amazon. Laptops have gone up a LOT! Then Mike called and said "Come get your laptop." I immediately said "No worries; I've found one to replace it." Mike said there was no need. He'd repaired mine and saved all my personal and business data. His charge for the work was infinitely less than I'd ever supposed. He stayed in touch with me to get some security information and give me a couple of updates. I'll admit that when I saw the company's name "ubreakifix", I had second thoughts before calling. But this company is a division of Asurion (insurance). That relieved me. I'm grateful I went to their small storefront operation and that I met a guy like Mike. I assure you that this is a straight up business run by skilled folks. You couldn't find a better place in Greensboro to take your computer in for service.

Went in to have my charging port looked it. Micah was able to diagnose the issue quickly, and determined it just needed to be cleaned. No expensive upsell. Very knowledgeable. Will definitely come back if I need a repair. Highly recommend this business as well as him! Thanks again!

Best phone repair shop in town! I had an amazing experience here. From the very beginning, the staff explained everything clearly and made sure I understood all the details. They were super honest, polite, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. You can really tell they care about their customers — they took the time to check everything carefully and kept me updated the whole time. Their customer service is top-notch, and they treated me with great respect. I truly appreciate how professional and friendly everyone was.
