Tucker's Appliance Parts & ServiCenter

Called today for a price on a part I needed for a washer. They wanted 96 bucks! Told the lady I could get it online for cheaper and if they'd price match. She seemed genuinely uninterested and didn't even care that it was outrageously priced. I'm all for supporting local businesses but am unable to do that when the part I need is $17 dollars on Amazon that also comes with a warranty and manufacturer guarantee and the mom and pop stores want 3 times the price.

Tucker's did a good job fixing my washer. And, they were kind and nice while doing it (which is hard to find in an appliance repair place around here). Be prepared to follow up with them frequently, however. It does not seem like their main technician is getting enough help, and your job might fall through the cracks if you don't call or email to inquire where things are at. I appreciate Jordan for coming out after hours after my job had been on hold for a few months and making everything right, however, so I will still recommend this company.
