Allen at Merlin's was very helpful. He took the time to go over the TV's, the size difference, features, and prices. I did purchase a 65" Samsung TV, and were else would you get a free 50 month warranty? Thank you Merlin's. I will be back soon and often.
Our experience with Merlin’s was really great. Allen was so helpful and patient as we tried to make decisions. He was also very informative about different products. We also never felt pushed at all. And the promo warranty cannot be beat!
My wife and I were pleased and impressed with the friendly, personable and extremely knowledgeable service we received from Allen Strickland, the manager of Merlin's TV & Appliance, when we dropped in to ask a few questions on the day before Thanksgiving. We had done our homework regarding the selection of a new TV but we thought it might be beneficial to pursue some sort of personal and professional input. Well, this experience was totally beneficial. Pricing was consistent, the conversation expanded our awareness, delivery was free, set-up was an option and the warranty of 50 months is superior. We took advantage of the set-up option and that process, quite simply, eliminated any of the stress or confusion that can accompany the addition of a brand new smart TV to one's household. We feel like we absolutely made the best decision to buy locally and to put our trust in Merlin's wizardry.
I wouldn't buy a TV anywhere else! The sales people are knowledgeable and not pushy. They offer a great quality products at a competitive price. Free delivery, warranty and price match. Plus getting to shop local. ❤️
