Aaron and Ray went above and beyond to help us with a dire flood situation in our downstairs home. They not only helped us clean up some of the water with a shop vac...they also were extremely professional, prompt and contacted our insurance so that we would not break our bank with the cost of damages. They did not judge us, and entertained our kids while keeping us calm during a high stress situation. Aaron is super cool, down to earth and both him and his team are phenomenal. We are grateful 🙏

When I called Idaho fire & flood, Bret M. Was out to our house within the hour, even after their business hours. He was incredibly professional, gave us great advice and feedback, and was so very kind. He did not do/remove anything without our permission, and he asked multiple times if there was anything else he could help with before he left. We were very disheartened and not hopeful after being in a disagreement with another restoration company who took $7,000 from us, and would not fix or remediate their own mistakes. Bret made us feel very validated, especially after feeling very stupid by a well known green restoration company. We actually felt some hope finally once we called Bret, he took the time to listen to our full story, he did not jump to conclusions, and it really felt like he’s on our side, and will do anything he can to help us, not just get our money (especially after insurance denied our sewage leak claim). Again, so very grateful for Bret and how hardworking, reliable and respectful he is.
Tiera Nash went above and beyond to help me. She is compassionate, reliable, and very professional. I also recently had the privilege of working alongside with her at a community event as well. She was one of the hardest working people there.! Very impressed! I love how much Idaho Fire Flood & Restoration does to be actively involved our community. Not all company’s are so immersed and active in our community in which they offer services. They will always be my first choice and recommendation when things go bad and you need to call help!
