I have been having a problem with my freezer icing up for years and recently it got much worse, needing ice buildup to be busted out every couple of weeks. Mark showed up, diagnosed the issue within a couple of minutes. He was inside the freezer and behind the freezer and repaired the problem which wasn't easy (clogged drain line). The price was very fair for the amount of time it required, and he was friendly and pleasant from the moment he walked in and during and after the the repair. I recommend A-Z 100% and will be my go-to service for my appliances when they need it.
