So I guess if it’s not a sales transaction you don’t really care about your customers. I would’ve gave you guys my business but it seemed like you guys don’t even care so I will take my business elsewhere. Just a heads up for anyone coming here make sure you are ready to pull the trigger otherwise they really want you out the door.
So sweet and kind! They copied quite a few documents for me. I took a bit of a very impressive tour! Faxed everything for me ~ professional and very kind!
After my gaming computer started giving me some problems. I took it in to be repaired and had a great experience concidering the problems I was having. Ben was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me diagnose and correct the problem. They even swapped out parts for me in an effort to fix the issue. I wasn't charged for these parts as they weren't needed. I ended up upgrading my entire computer and they helped me through the whole process. From choosing parts and having them installed Laser Xpress went above and beyond for me. The build ended up looking great, I was very impressed with how it all turned out.
Sold my old gaming rig here and they gave me a fair price. I could have asked for more in a personal transaction but for on the spot cash it was a good deal. Friendly service.
Laser Xpress has the worst customer service on the planet. If you have a month and a half to leave your computer with them, are happy to receive almost zero word about what they're doing with your computer, and don't mind being treated like a thorn in their backside, I would totally recommend this place. I honestly have no idea how they're even still in business.
