TS Conard saved the day! Recently, a large portion of our database was discovered missing when trying to fix a problem with our main software provider. TS Conard immediately put one of their tier 3 techs on the issue, Mark, to work with me and our software support team. An outside vendor had been working with TS Conard to resolve an issue with their program we were having, and, in the process, files were deleted. If we had not been utilizing DATTO, as additional backup, we would not have been able to restore the missing data. Not only did TS Conard get our files restored, but Mark also made sure that the software support stayed on top of the issue through the weekend to make sure everything was ready for Monday morning. As if that was not enough, Mark discovered that the outside vendor had a Log4j file in their program, which is listed as a high vulnerability file. The vendor services were immediately canceled, and TS Conard made sure all of their files were removed from our system. I cannot thank TS Conard and their crew, enough for all the work they did, especially in the time period, Thursday to Saturday, to make sure our office was ready to see patients on Monday morning!
