Everyone was very polite and friendly. I called over the weekend and had a very polite gentleman explain things to me. I called yesterday and had a very polite lady set up my appointment. Rob is a great technician. I got an email and a call letting me know his arrival. He explained everything to me very clearly. He didn't think my questions were dumb. I thought he would. Furnace failure is never fun but this was easy and fixed very fast. Thank you Rob and everyone for all your help!

Be extremely careful with this company in my opinion. They came over and told us that we needed a brand new furnace when in fact that was not the case. Another company came out and did the repair for $150. Not to mention the replacement cost from this company was almost 60% higher than market rate. In my opinion, these reviews on this business are not all real as well.. When we approach the owner about this discrepancy between what he said was a furnace that could not be repaired, he said it's a matter of opinion..... I'm not sure how he squares his ethics up with it being a matter of opinion when it's a matter of fact that the furnace could be repaired, he just wanted to try to upsell us thinking that we wouldn't notice. I've been doing rental properties for over 20 years. In my opinion, this is not an ethical company
