I broke my phone screen yesterday. I called, and they told me to bring it in. Original time with by end of day but I explained I had to get to work by 3:00, and they said "no worries. come back at 2:30!" very fast, reliable, and able to adapt to customer needs. good pricing, too! I thought it would have been more. Thank you!
I brought over my Lenovo Legion i5 computer over here to get its screen fixed since it was broken accidentally. They called later that day to spend $200 on getting it fixed. They then spent the next 2 MONTHS trying to replace the computer screen with similar screens but not the exact one causing it to not only waste time but also caused something in my computer to break after their first attempt. I at least was given it back for $10 with the original broken screen. I then sent this computer over to Lenovo and the ranged to get the screen fixed, in 27 days, during DECEMBER. I’m sure if you took just your phone here it’ll get fixed but please do not ever take a newer computer here and either go for another repair shop or ship it to the company to get it fixed.
What a joke of a store. I went in monday to get an antenna for wifi fixed and paid and was told itvwoukd b overnighted to do the job for the part needed. Thursday comes and I call and no part so I go get my money back. Come to find out the wifi antenna is part of the mother board so there is no fix except to replace phone or motherboard so id say they were scamming me.
They were amazing here! Super quick service and gave me a correct time frame for how long the service was! The prices here are less than half of what other places quoted me and the results never fail! Fixed my screen in 30 minutes!!!
