Had a broken screen and took to get fixed. Within the hour he discovered he Had issues with a part being delivered defective but was very honest and updated me and got the new screen in quick and put in the day it came. Great customer service as well
Our laptop had an issue where I could not use my email. After looking at all the positive reviews of Oliver and Co., I contacted Matt and he said I could bring it right over. He had the issue fixed within minutes. He is friendly, outstanding in all things IT, and is now our IT person for all of our tech needs. And, he is very reasonable! I would give him 10 stars if I could. Thanks, Matt!
My experience was phenomenal. I called Matt to inquire about his hours and his services. I told him what the problem was and he assured me he could take care of my problem I was having with my laptop. I dropped it off and he was able to zero in on my issue and resolve it the same day. Price was reasonable. Highly recommend him.
Great person to have look over your new builds for sure! Mat was very helpful and prices are better then anyone i'v ever dealt with in PC repair before. Mat fixed my mess of trying to put a tower together by myself. Had it up and running all in the same day i dropped it off. 10/10 Customer Service.
