We have experienced ongoing issues since hiring Tech Team for services beyond a basic firewall. After giving them a second chance, the problems continued and ultimately caused delays in caring for our patients. We encountered repeated firewall issues, billing concerns, and a lack of professionalism from the owner. When problems occurred that required their assistance, we were still charged $150 per hour to resolve issues they had caused. There are a couple of employees who were pleasant and helpful, which is the only reason for the 2-star rating. However, Tech Team would greatly benefit from re-evaluating how they support and communicate with small business clients.
