I brought my truck to this shop after experiencing issues and was told—confidently—that it needed a full transmission replacement. I was quoted a massive repair and given the impression that the vehicle was essentially on its last leg. Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion and took it to the dealer. The actual problem? A bad battery. That’s it. No transmission issues whatsoever. This shop either failed at basic diagnostics or attempted to upsell an unnecessary and extremely expensive repair. Either scenario is unacceptable. A transmission replacement versus a battery is not a small oversight—it’s a major misdiagnosis that could have cost me thousands of dollars. I strongly recommend anyone considering this shop to get a second (or third) opinion before authorizing any work. Trust is critical in auto repair, and based on my experience, this shop does not deserve it.

The service was superb. I brought them an old car with transmission and engine issues to have them determine if it was worth fixing. They performed a thorough bumper to bumper assessment and provided me a detailed report (including photos) of what they found. This is exactly what I needed and enabled me to make an informed decision, which was to let the car go. Demonstrating rare honesty and integrity, Nick advised me not to repair the vehicle. I could not be happier with their service. I will definitely visit them again and will recommend them to everyone I know.
