Creech Import Repair

The technicians and staff at Creech Import are incredibly kind, communicative, and knowledgeable. They recently serviced my Subaru Crosstrek and were able to fix an issue that I honestly thought wouldn’t be possible to resolve. They really go above and beyond to make sure your car is safe and road-ready. It’s clear they truly care about their customers and the work they do. I’m very grateful for their help and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy car service.

I took my car to Creech Import Repair because it had a battery drain issue. They replaced the battery, which seemed to fix the problem temporarily, but it did not address the underlying issue. After a few months, the car would not start up. After doing some research, I discovered that many Honda CR-Vs are known to have parasitic drain problems related to the keyless entry door handles or a Bluetooth-related issue. I’m not a mechanic, which is exactly why I brought my car to professionals. I went back to Creech, and explained the situation in full detail and specifically mentioned that simply replacing the battery again would not solve the problem. Unfortunately, they replaced the battery again anyway and did not appear to take my explanation seriously. It felt like they were not interested in investigating the root cause. A mechanic who truly cares about their customers would take the time to listen, consider the information provided, and research the underlying issue instead of repeating the same temporary fix. To make matters worse, I was told, “Maybe you’re leaving a light on or a door open,” which came across as rude and condescending. I found that comment dismissive and unprofessional. The problem remains unresolved, and I was still charged over $200. That’s incredibly frustrating, especially when the issue was not properly diagnosed or fixed. I expected better customer service and more thorough troubleshooting. When my car is inevitably having trouble starting in a few months, because the drain was not addressed, I will be taking my car elsewhere. At the very least, customers deserve to feel heard and taken seriously.

I had such a great experience getting my inspection done here. One of the gentlemen on the team truly went above and beyond. He’s been there for a while because I recognized him from the last few visits. I’m currently dealing with a foot injury, and he helped me find handicap-accessible parking, assisted me from my car door through the entire appointment, and made sure I got back to my car safely. The service was quick, efficient, and incredibly kind. I was in and out, but never felt rushed. Thank you for your professionalism and compassion it really meant a lot.
