When a problem won’t reoccur when you bring it in - that’s when you need an ongoing history with a great mechanic. They know your vehicle and its maintenance & repair history. They’ll find it and recommend “must” & “should” repairs. No pressure. They’ve NEVER let me down. They EARN the longtime relationship AND the accolades.
Initial warm welcome, everyone was very generous. They gave me an honest breakdown of the issue I was having with my vehicle. They did exactly what they said they would do. I went to pick up, satisfied with price, they washed my vehicle and pulled it to the front. Top service for sure and they treat you with respect. That was my first visit and I’ve already set a date to take my other vehicle in for service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
I have always left as a satisfied customer after getting my car serviced here. Yesterday there was an issue I had with my method of pay and the manager Chelsea was extremely kind. She treated me as a human being and with respect. With her help and the two front desk teammates Shaggy and Tyler, we were able to take care of my car. I appreciate it and will continue to refer people here!!!
