Only 100+ degrees this Saturday afternoon when a thermostat began to misbehave, i.e., lost power. Quick call to CoolChange/FixMyAC and Stephanie who dispatched technician Kendall. Friendly, very knowledgable, explained that the system shut itself off on account of a clog in the attic unit’s drain line where ugly stuff grows. Thank you, Mr. System! Then Kendall checked everything else out on both systems, inside & out plus flushed out the external drains too. Very impressive young professional, quick response and fixed the problem. Since the day they installed new Trane systems, Cool Change has reliably maintained those systems. Today was no exception. Highly recommended!
