Cool Change Heating and Air

We had a very positive experience with Cool Change service and interaction with their personnel. We had our upstairs units replaced last year and our downstairs unit 2 was ago on feb 5th. Matt our sales rep. on both occasions was very helpful in identifying the system we needed for our house without trying to upsell any equipment or services. Stephanie was amazing getting all the scheduling logistics worked out and getting all our credit paperwork completed. Made our lives much easier. Shannon who installed our downstairs unit was exceptional and very diligent, ensuring everything was done properly and to code. Ryan their service person came for the QA/QC inspection of the system. Very professional and thorough. Showed me pictures of the system and explained everything in detail. Made adjustments to the dampers per our request. Miles wno came to do the initial repair when our system died on the coldest day did a good job to make our 20yr old system limp along for a short period. JD the owner came to our house during the install as he was concerned that we would be without heat. All in all both our encounters with the company and their personnel has been extremely positive. Our experience with Cool Change was fantastic from start to finish. When our heating unit went out overnight, I called Cool Change and was immediately connected with Tiffany. Tiffany was incredibly kind and helpful in getting us scheduled for same-day service, even with snow and ice still on the ground. I can’t thank her enough for updating us later in the day to let us know we were next on the technician’s list. Our technician, Ryan, was spectacular. He jumped into action right away and quickly identified the problem. Ryan clearly explained everything he observed and outlined exactly what he would do to fix the issue. In no time, Ryan had our unit was back up and running. And once the unit was up and running, Ryan made sure it continued running properly. Thank you so much to Tiffany, Ryan, and the entire Cool Change team for all of your help! Cool Change will be our go-to heating and air company from now on!

Everyone we dealt with at the company was friendly and professional, but our tech Ryan was AWESOME. He was personable, punctual, thorough, and went above and beyond to solve our problem; opting for a cheaper fix that was more manual labor versus pushing for the expensive band-aid solution. He was also super transparent-- explained everything he did as he worked, and I really felt included in the process. He even gave us great advice about how to keep the unit operating and performing better going forward. Best tech service we've ever had! Five stars!
