Our ice maker went down. TTA responded immediately, showed up promptly, removed and then repaired the ice maker within a week. We have used them before and the service is always great.

I was quoted $125 for the first hour of service when I scheduled an appliance inspection. After the visit, I was billed $175 — which included a $50 travel fee (that was never disclosed upfront), $75 for the first 30 minutes of labor, and an additional $50 for more time. This breakdown was never communicated until after the fact. When I asked — politely — for clarification, I was met with a rude and aggressive response, including accusations that I wasn’t going to pay the invoice (which was never the case). I was simply trying to understand a charge that didn’t match the original quote. The technician may have done the work, but the way this was handled was unprofessional and disrespectful. I will pay the invoice to avoid further conflict, but I won’t be using this company again and can’t recommend them to others.
