Landreth's Appliance Service

We had a great experience in the past when this business was still called Landreth's. Now that it's switched over to "Tiger Town Appliance", be warned that it's probably cheaper just to buy a new appliance than to use this company. They charged $150 for initial service call (just to come out and see what was wrong) and then wanted another $400 in parts and labor to fix our dishwasher. $550 to fix a dishwasher is ridiculous. Instead we purchased a used one on Facebook Marketplace for $50. My fault for not checking on pricing when the name changed - but we definitely will be taking our business elsewhere in the future.

I called looking for dryer parts. He could have taken my money for stuff I didn't need. Instead he talked me threw somethings over the phone. I sent him a few pictures of my dryer and boom dryer fixed free of charger. After reading some of these reviews i just want to urge you to still considered using landreth's appliances for all of your appliances needs. Anyone who's worked in customer service for many years has a few experiences they wish they would have handled differently. Mr. Landreth knows what he's talking about and he's obviously not trying to rip anyone off..

Had them order a dryer seal for me and they told me I needed to have them put it on. I told him I would bring the front panel by for them to install the seal onto. They told me $25 to install. Took them a week longer to get the parts and when I asked how long it would take to install on the door, they told me $80 and I had to bring the dryer. I have a stacked dryer and would have to bring both the washer and dryer. I pointed out that I was not told this when I ordered the parts, and he called me a liar and told me to take my business somewhere else. This is unscrupulous business practice. I would not recommend ever using them for your appliance repair. Find somebody else.
