Landreth's Appliance Service

I was going to replace my fridge and then a friend suggested Tiger Town Appliance Center. I went a head and made the call and they set up a "time frame" of when I could expect the technician. They arrived and went to work. In no time had it running and clean up after they were done. I will use them again the next time I think I might need to replace an appliance. Service call competitive with others. Thanks

I called looking for dryer parts. He could have taken my money for stuff I didn't need. Instead he talked me threw somethings over the phone. I sent him a few pictures of my dryer and boom dryer fixed free of charger. After reading some of these reviews i just want to urge you to still considered using landreth's appliances for all of your appliances needs. Anyone who's worked in customer service for many years has a few experiences they wish they would have handled differently. Mr. Landreth knows what he's talking about and he's obviously not trying to rip anyone off..

We have used Landreth's over the years and have always received great service. Today, though, was more than great, it was AMAZING! My dishwasher had stopped working along with my disposal. Mr. Landreth called and before making a service call and charging me, he walked me through checking some things including a tripped switch. It fixed the problem and there was no charge!! People like Mr. Landreth are hard to find in this day and time. Thank you so much!!

We had a great experience in the past when this business was still called Landreth's. Now that it's switched over to "Tiger Town Appliance", be warned that it's probably cheaper just to buy a new appliance than to use this company. They charged $150 for initial service call (just to come out and see what was wrong) and then wanted another $400 in parts and labor to fix our dishwasher. $550 to fix a dishwasher is ridiculous. Instead we purchased a used one on Facebook Marketplace for $50. My fault for not checking on pricing when the name changed - but we definitely will be taking our business elsewhere in the future.

Had them order a dryer seal for me and they told me I needed to have them put it on. I told him I would bring the front panel by for them to install the seal onto. They told me $25 to install. Took them a week longer to get the parts and when I asked how long it would take to install on the door, they told me $80 and I had to bring the dryer. I have a stacked dryer and would have to bring both the washer and dryer. I pointed out that I was not told this when I ordered the parts, and he called me a liar and told me to take my business somewhere else. This is unscrupulous business practice.
