Best university tech store I've been to. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The new location has made it easier than ever to find. Has a surprising amount of stock to choose from. highly recommend shopping here
The laptop required for my son's engineering major was out of stock everywhere. We called Clemson Computer Store to find out what we should do. They were very busy but took the time to check their inventory, and lo and behold, they had ONE in stock! They promptly shipped it and we received it in two days. After powering it up, however, we discovered it had a faulty TouchPad. We called The Computer Store, and they had a Dell service rep come to our house in the boondocks the next day to replace the TouchPad! Outstanding customer service! I will also add that although my son's high-end laptop cost $2,800, it was several hundred dollars cheaper... The laptop required for my son's engineering major was out of stock everywhere.
