The Tech Shack

Austin at Tech Shack is the very best! He is knowledgeable, tech savvy and knows his job. His service was exemplary. While he was busy working, I had a fun time playing soccer with his little pet Izanami. This little dog was demanding more attention than anybody else and was wanting to play "go-fetch" and attempt to bring the tennis ball along by playing soccer with its tiny feet. Cute moments! I would trust my laptop to be repaired any day by Austin and get the best in class service at Clemson.

Never, EVER take your electronics to Tech Shack in Clemson! Total waste of time and money. These guys had my laptop for almost a MONTH (25 days!!!) just to make it worse than when I brought it in. I came in with just a partially broken display - left with the entire upper panel missing and they had the nerve to charge me $50 for ruining my laptop! What kind of "repair shop" breaks your stuff worse and then tells you to "find someone else" when you ask them to fix their own mess? Seriously?? These people have no clue what they're doing and zero customer service skills. Save yourself the headache and money - stay far away from this place. I wouldn't trust them to fix a calculator, let alone a laptop. There are plenty of other repair shops that won't destroy your electronics and actually stand behind their work.
