Made a call asking about a question for a service, Zack the Canadian gave me a very clear and thorough run down of how they operated, and it sounded great (had a really fun conversation, too). I was reached out quickly by the right department and had a good conversation with them about my problem, and was provided with the necessary links and information.

They don't reply to the chat, they may be good at what they do but I will never know, too bad that tech shops don't use their available tools for the most used apps here.

I dropped my iPhone, and the screen was shattered. This service replaced it with a genuine Apple screen, and you can't even tell it was ever broken.
