He took it to PC Laptops, and the team there was incredibly helpful from the start—walking him through how to locate and replace the battery himself. This is where I came in. I’m pretty handy with computers, but once I opened it up, I realized the Alienware’s inner design was unlike anything I’d worked on before. There was a solid plate blocking access to the internals, and I didn’t want to risk damaging anything. I told my dad to take it—and the new battery—back to PC Laptops. About 30 minutes and 18 screws later, their tech had the system completely opened, swapped out the battery, and reassembled it flawlessly. The new battery fit perfectly, and the laptop is running like new. When my dad offered to pay, the tech just smiled and said, “A good review is payment enough.” So here it is—a well-earned five stars for honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind service. I've been going to this location for years and I have to say they are phenomenal! The times I've had to pay for service they charged a very fair price and complete the work on time. Even better they always take the time to talk me through my issues and many times were able to give me advice without charge instead of making me pay for diagnostic services for simple things.
