It's been awhile since I've been here, but I finally remembered to leave them a review. TLDR: They are a fair an honest group that will help you out where they can. They helped me diagnose my GPU problems and let me pick a resolution that fit my needs and budget. They helped me understand what my options meant and helped me get up and running again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Service & Honest Help – PC Laptops My dad’s Dell Alienware laptop had a swollen battery that was literally pushing the housing apart. He took it to PC Laptops, and the team there was incredibly helpful from the start—walking him through how to locate and replace the battery himself. This is where I came in. I’m pretty handy with computers, but once I opened it up, I realized the Alienware’s inner design was unlike anything I’d worked on before. I recently took my Asus Ultrabook to PC Laptops after it suffered some water damage. The team was quick to run a diagnostic and showed me exactly which parts of the motherboard were affected. While the initial quote wasn't the most competitive, they went the extra mile by referring me to a specialized repair technician who offered a more affordable solution. I really appreciated their transparency and the tools they used. Thanks to them, I'm looking forward to getting my laptop back in working order. Great customer service!

I've been going to this location for years and I have to say they are phenomenal! The times I've had to pay for service they charged a very fair price and complete the work on time. Even better they always take the time to talk me through my issues and many times were able to give me advice without charge instead of making me pay for diagnostic services for simple things. I will always recommend this business to anyone who needs computer help. If you are having issues or looking for a quality new computer I highly recommend you check them out, you'll be glad you did!
